Sally's Tour de Victoria

As a part of the NSW eID Implementation Reference Group, Sally participated in a tour in Ballarat, Victoria, to witness the benefits of using eIDs throughout the supply chain.

Five key messages from the tour include:

  1. The process is not as complicated as it seems

  2. The potential for abattoir feedback is endless

  3. Communication is still key for a smooth transition

  4. Traceability technology really does work, and it works well

  5. Overall, a team effort is required for success
